Free Student Physicals This Saturday At Laverne Family Health Clinic

Reminder that this Saturday June 27th is the free student physicals at the Laverne Family Health Clinic from 8:00am - 1:00pm.  Any student that is participating in school sports and/or band will need to have a physical completed and on file at the school.  Attached is a copy of the OSSAA Physical Form from the OSSAA website for you to print and fill out beforehand, which will help speed up the process.  If you are unable to print, there are printed copies available in the HS Office.
