Laverne Public Schools

Each year the academic teams participate in several academic bowls, question/answer games played between teams of four players competing within a time-stress framework.  Membership on the Laverne teams is determined annually through a combination of teacher recommendations, grades, test scores, and elimination rounds.  All Laverne students enrolled in Grades 5-12 are eligible for membership.  Laverne Schools has academic teams in the following grades:  5th, 6th, Junior High, and High School.

Charity Teal will be the academic sponsor for the Laverne High School academic teams. 

Bobbi Bryant will be the academic sponsor for the 5-6th grade and Junior High academic teams.
