LAVERNE FFA SET TO HOST THE OKLAHOMA FFA STATE OFFICERS DURING GOODWILL TOUR

The state FFA officer team of the Oklahoma FFA Association will conduct their 2023 Goodwill Tour making a stop at the Laverne FFA Chapter on Thursday February 2, 2023. 

Four collegiate FFA leaders will make a stop at the local school to meet with FFA members, potential members, schools administrators, and community leaders. 

“During these visits, the state officers team wants to go beyond agriculture and leadership and take this chance to inspire students into action for the betterment of their lives and those around them,” said Braden Burns, state FFA president. 

Throughout the Goodwill Tour state officers will challenge FFA members to go all out in their passion for agriculture and leadership. A total of 62 chapters were selected for the 2023 tour from the 366 total chapters in the state. Visiting the Laverne FFA are Braden Burns, state president; Hayden Harper, southeast area vice president; Kyla Taylor, northeast area vice president; and Ava Jernigan, state secretary.
